Test Methods

▲Put the sample on the balance, weigh the dried sample weight (m1), accurate to 0.1g, and record it.

▲Immerse the hanging cage in distilled water, remove the air bubbles on the surface of the hanging cage, hang it on the lower hook of the balance, weigh its apparent weight (m2), accurate to 0.1g, and record it. After remembering, remove the hanging cage .

▲ Loosen the two fixing screws on the sleeves on the two sides of the hanging net cage respectively, then place the sample on the disc and center it; lower the pressure rod to press the sample, fasten the two ends of the pressure rod to the sample, and rotate Tighten the two setscrews on the 2-sided sleeve.

▲ Re-immerse the hanging cage with the sample installed in distilled water, and use a soft brush and stir to remove the air bubbles on the surface of the hanging cage and the hard foam.

▲ After soaking for 96 hours, hang the hanging net cage containing the sample on the weighing hook under the balance, weigh its apparent mass (m3), accurate to 0.1g, and remember it.

③How to use:

●Use a slicing knife to cut off the excess sample along the surface of the sample cutter platform. In order to ensure that the upper part of the sample is flat, you can adjust the thickness of the slice to 0.3mm, and use the slicing knife to align the sample.

●The slice thickness regulator adjusts the required slice thickness (clockwise for extruded samples, counterclockwise for samples returned to the sample slot), but the thickness of the blade should be added, the thickness of the slice blade is about 0.15-0.2mm, for example: cutting When the thickness is 0.1mm, it should be screwed out by about 0.3mm, and then sliced ​​with a slicer.
