This paper solves the problem that the Air Compressor shutdown accident occurs due to the selection of electrical components in the control circuit of the oil pump motor of the Air Compressor and the neglect of the concept of electromagnetic compatibility during cable installation. Firstly, it introduces the working situation of the Air Compressor, secondly, through the observation of the fault phenomenon and the corresponding inspection and test, it analyzes and gives the clear cause of the fault, and finally puts forward a reasonable rectification plan considering various factors. After the transformation is completed, the Air Compressor runs stably and meets the production requirements. Regarding the downtime of the Air Compressor, this article is based on the actual case on site. The selection of electrical components in the control circuit of the oil pump motor of the Air Compressor and the neglect of the concept of electromagnetic compatibility during cable installation affect the occurrence of the downtime accident of the Air Compressor. First, explain the working situation of the Air Compressor, and then through the observation of the fault phenomenon and the corresponding inspection and test, study and analyze the cause of the shutdown of the Air Compressor, and finally obtain a feasible rectification plan based on the analysis of the cause. After the transformation countermeasures, the Air Compressor The machine runs stably and meets the production requirements at the same time.
