Film thickness measurement of propylene Pigment Moulding with OSP bar

In this experiment, there is a difference between the OSP 400mm long wire rod and the OSP 60mm long wire rod, and a demonstration of dry film thickness measurement is given to the user.

Experimental equipment :

Wet film control: OSP-10/400 wire Bar Coater, OSP-10/60 wire Bar Coater

Dry film measurement: defelsko PosiTector 6000 FNS1

Consumables: Acrylic paint (30% solids), tinplate

Remarks: The average value is to remove the highest value and remove the lowest value.

Summary: In fact, regardless of the thickness of the same wet film, the film-making effect is the same, and the actual situation of the customer pattern can be purchased in different lengths.
