1. Electronic temperature control type (HDM-B type): It is a main product of the electric heating mantle series developed by our company. This product adopts a professional non-shock electronic voltage regulation circuit, which has the advantages of longer service life and wider temperature regulation range than mechanical temperature regulation for temperature control. 1. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the upper row of the instrument will display the temperature of the working room. The lower display shows the set temperature. At this time, the temperature rise starts, and the OUT indicator light flickers on and off. When the displayed value is basically consistent with the set value, it enters the constant temperature state.

2. Instrument self-tuning function:

Press the ▼ key for 5 seconds, the AT light will flash at the beginning of the self-tuning, and the AT light will go out after the self-tuning is completed, and a set of PID parameters that can overcome overheating is obtained. During the auto-tuning process, after pressing the ▼ key for 5 seconds, the AT light goes out, the auto-tuning stops, and the instrument is controlled according to the original PID parameters.

3. Time function:

Press the ▲ key for 10 seconds, the total power-on time will be displayed in minutes, and it will automatically recover after 5 seconds.

4. Set the timer function:

Press SET key for 10 seconds, the second menu appears. The upper row of the instrument displays the time and minutes set by the lower row of TI. When the time required by the meter is up, the lower display will go out and the output function will stop. If you want to restore the set control time, you should first turn off the power and then turn on the power. When it is set to 0, the meter cancels the timing function and outputs continuously.

 Precautions

1. Since the surface of the glass fiber is coated with grease, the temperature should be raised slowly when using it for the first time. Turn off the power after seeing white smoke, and turn on the power to heat up after the smoke is scattered. Repeat several times until the power is on and there is no smoke before it can be officially used.

2. No flammable, explosive or corrosive liquid or gas can enter the heating mantle. The relative working environment humidity of the electric heating mantle does not exceed 85%.

3. This product must be grounded, and it must be kept dry and kept away from moisture. If it is wet, you should pay attention to the induction electricity when using it, and don't touch it with your hands. It can restore its good insulation performance after it dries.
