Abstract: 纺织品颜色测量主要包括目视评定和仪器测量两种方法。目视评定直观但受主观因素影响,而仪器测量虽然准确客观,但可能难以反映颜色的复杂心理刺激作用。因此,两者在颜色色差测量中都不可或缺,但仪器测定正成为主要趋势。目前,国际上常用的色差公式包括ANLAB、CIELAB、CMC、JPC79、FMCⅡ式和Hunter公式等,这些公式与人的视觉有较好相关性,但各自存在一定不足。仪器测定广泛应用于小样认可、大货样确定、牢度级别评定、白度测量以及色差验货。使用仪器可以减少寄样品的需求,通过在线传递颜色数值及ΔE和LAB值,缩短确认时间。特别是CMC(2:1)色差公式更符合人的视觉评定,广泛流行于美国和欧洲。

There are two main types of textile color measurement: visual evaluation and instrument measurement. The former is intuitive, but easily affected by the subjective factors of Testers; the latter is accurate and objective, but sometimes it is difficult to reflect the complex psychological stimulation of color. Therefore, both are indispensable for color difference measurement, but instrument measurement is the main trend. The color difference formulas currently used internationally are:



ANLAB, CIELAB, CMC, JPC79, FMC II formula and Hunter formula, etc.,




Different countries have different usages. Although these color difference formulas have a good correlation with human vision, each formula has some shortcomings more or less. Instrument determination of color difference is widely used, and can be used for sample approval, large sample determination, fastness level evaluation, whiteness measurement, and customer (555 classification) color difference inspection. There is no need to send samples, and the color values and ΔE and LAB values are circulated online, which can shorten the time from sample reception to sample confirmation. In customer inspection, especially the CMC (2:1) color difference formula is more in line with human eye evaluation, and is more popular in the United States and many European countries
