How to Use Biochemical Incubator

Precautions for use

1. Do not put flammable and volatile chemicals into the box.

2. If abnormalities, odors, smoke, etc. occur during use, please turn off the power immediately. Users should not repair blindly. They should notify the repair department of our company and have professionals check and repair.

3. The inner container of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.

4. When the equipment is not in use, the tide should be removed. The specific method is as follows: pour out the water from the water tray at the bottom of the box, set the temperature at 42°C, run for 5 hours, and open the door every two hours to release the water. Remove moisture, and unplug the power plug for storage after processing.

5. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power cord should be unplugged to prevent the equipment from hurting people. And it should be operated regularly (generally one quarter) for 2-3 days according to the conditions of use to drive away the moisture in the electrical parts and avoid damage to related devices.

Instructions

1. Open the door, put the items to be processed on the shelf inside the box, and close the door.

2. Turn on the power, insert the three-pin plug into the power socket, and put the power switch on the panel in the "on" position. At this time, the instrument will display a digital display, indicating that the device is in working condition.

3. Set the temperature in the box you need by operating the temperature controller on the control panel.

When the set temperature is 5°C higher than the ambient temperature, please set the cooling switch to "RT+5°C". (See the following page for detailed operating instructions of the temperature controller.)

4. The instrument starts to work, and the temperature in the box gradually reaches the set value. After the required processing time, the processing work is completed.

5. Turn off the power, and when the temperature inside the box is close to the ambient temperature, open the door and take out the objects
