Regarding the method of developing a quick section with a magnetic heating stirrer, in fact, in the operation, the quick section is used as the basis for the clinician to determine the manual speed plan. It not only needs to reduce the time of the paper, but also to ensure the quality of the section. So far, there are relatively few orders that can conditionally support the use of frozen microtome, mainly because of its high price. Most ordinary grassroots units mainly use heating and fast sectioning. This article mainly explains the development of fast sectioning with magnetic heating stirrer. .

1.1 After being boiled at nearly 100°C, the tissue block quickly shrinks and hardens, and sometimes the dehydration is not effective, resulting in incomplete sections or poor coloring, which affects the diagnosis, and sometimes even needs to be made again, which delays the diagnosis.

1.2 When heating, a large amount of reagents volatilize, especially xylene, which not only smells bad, but also damages the health of the staff.
