This paper mainly focuses on the working characteristics of the magnetic stirrer, and proposes a scheme of an intelligent magnetic stirrer. According to the analysis of soil nutrients, new requirements are put forward for the magnetic stirrer. For example, the rotation speed of the magnetic bar is highly stable and continuously adjustable; the liquid temperature is highly stable and continuously adjustable; the timing is accurate and continuously adjustable, etc. In view of the fact that the existing magnetic stirrers on the market failed to meet the target demand, this intelligent magnetic stirrer was developed.

(1) Speed adjustment and control Adjustment range: 800-1300 rpm; control accuracy: ±10 rpm.

(2) Temperature adjustment and control Adjustment range: 0 ~ 60 ℃; control accuracy: ± 1 ℃.

(3) Timing control adjustment range: 1 ~ 60min; control accuracy: ±1s.
