The vacuum degree of the vacuum Drying Oven is a relative degree of vacuum, not an absolute degree. The display on the vacuum drying box is generally the pointer display DZF series, and there is also a digital display BPZ-6000LC that belongs to the digital display. The price is higher than that of the DZF series, but the requirements are different. The adjustable range of BPZ-6000LC vacuum degree: 0.01 kPa-99.99KPa.

The vacuum Drying Oven is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed and easily oxidized substances. When working, it can maintain a certain degree of vacuum in the working room, and can fill the interior of the vacuum Drying Oven with inert gas, especially for some complex components. Items can also be dried quickly. The temperature controller adopts the intelligent digital temperature regulator of HM brand imported from Korea to set, display and control the temperature.
"Relative vacuum" refers to the difference between the pressure of the measured object and the atmospheric pressure of the measurement place. Measured with an ordinary vacuum gauge. The initial value of the table is 0 when the vacuum Drying Oven is in a state of no vacuum (that is, at normal pressure). When measuring vacuum, its value is between 0 and -101.325KPa (generally represented by negative numbers).
There are usually two ways to identify the vacuum degree of the vacuum Drying Oven:
1. Use "relative pressure" and "relative vacuum" (that is, how much pressure is lower than "atmospheric pressure") to identify.
2. Use "absolute pressure" and "absolute vacuum degree" (that is, how much pressure is higher than "theoretical vacuum"); in actual situations, the absolute pressure value of the Vacuum Pump is between 0 and 101.325KPa. The absolute pressure value needs to be measured with an absolute pressure instrument. At 20°C and altitude = 0, the initial value of the instrument (absolute vacuum gauge) used to measure the vacuum degree is 101.325KPa (that is, a standard atmospheric pressure).
In the vacuum state, the rareness of the gas in the vacuum drying box is usually expressed by the pressure value of the gas. Obviously, the smaller the pressure value of the vacuum drying box, the thinner the gas, so some customers come to inquire about vacuum drying. You can study the requirements of the vacuum degree first, and then we can judge how big the Vacuum Pump is and which accessories to use.
