What are the Types of High Speed Dispersers?

According to the number of stirring shafts, the high-speed disc disperser has several types of single shaft, double shaft and three shafts, which are suitable for slurry equipment with different capacities.

(1) Single shaft stirring type This is the most classic type. It consists of a single stirring shaft and a dispersing disc. The rotation speed of the stirring shaft has two speeds (such as 800r/min and 1200r/min), three speeds (such as 60o/min, 800/min and 1200min), frequency conversion speed regulation (0~1500r/min) and electromagnetic speed regulation (60~ 1400r/min). There are 2 sizes of matching dispersing discs, and the power of the main motor also has 2~3 specifications for users to choose

(2) A disperser of the double-shaft stirring type is composed of 2 mixing shafts of different lengths and a dispersing disc. Powered by an electric motor, the two shafts run at the same or different speeds. Similar to single-shaft stirring, its speed also has several models of two-speed, three-speed, frequency conversion speed regulation and electric speed regulation for selection. The diameter of the dispersion disc is generally 300mm.

There is also a double-shaft agitator, one of which is equipped with a dispersing plate for high-speed agitation, and the other agitator is made into a frame or anchor type for slow-speed agitation, which actually acts as a cylinder scraper. This type The dispersing machine is more suitable for high-viscosity paints, such as high-build paints, real stone paints and elastic paints, as well as large-capacity production equipment.

(3) Three-axis stirring type. One piece of equipment is composed of 3 stirring shafts, which are driven by 3 electric motors respectively. Among them, 2 stirring shafts are equipped with dispersing discs for high-speed stirring. The 2 shafts are on the same diameter of the container, and the center positions of the dispersing discs are respectively at the midpoint from the center of the container to the inner wall. The lengths of the 2 shafts are different, so the depth of the dispersing discs is somewhat different. . The other stirring shaft is in the center of the container, with pavement stirring. As a slow stirring shaft, the control speed is not greater than 10r/min. The three-shaft stirring high-speed disperser is mainly used in large-capacity production equipment.
