Precautions and Maintenance

1. When the Incubator is being transported, it is forbidden to place it upside down or above 45 degrees.

2. Do not change the setting value frequently during use, so as to avoid overloading caused by frequent startup of the compressor and affect the service life of the equipment.

4. The machine is equipped with two sets of fuses. If a fault occurs during operation, please cut off the power first, check whether the fuse is intact, and then check other parts.

5. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use corrosive solution to wipe the appearance, the inside of the box can be wiped with a dry cloth or alcohol to keep the inside of the box clean.

6. When the equipment is not in use, keep the box dry and cut off the power supply.

7. In order to ensure that the temperature in the box is uniform, the axial flow fan in the box should be checked frequently to see if it is operating normally. During the experiment, the items in the box should not be placed too closely and the air outlet of the fan should not be blocked to facilitate the air circulation in the box.

8. Do not touch, the temperature sensor in the collision box will cause temperature out of control

10. The product is equipped with a refrigeration pressure relief device, and the refrigeration operation adopts an intermittent method. If the cooling operation is stopped, it is normal that there is sound of solenoid valve closing and refrigerant backflow.

11. If the equipment breaks down, please ask professionals to repair it or contact the sales department of our factory. Users are not allowed to dismantle or repair it.

12. The products of our factory implement "Three Guarantees". From the date of sale, if there is any quality problem within one year, our factory is responsible for free maintenance (except for man-made damage). If the "three guarantees" period is exceeded, there will be a discretionary repair fee.
