The light Incubator has the function of over-temperature and sensor abnormal protection to protect instruments and samples; it is equipped with full-spectrum plant growth lights, which is conducive to the growth of plants and improves disease resistance. The light Incubator has the function of power-off memory and automatic compensation of power-off time; the constant temperature control system has fast response and high temperature control accuracy.
The light Incubator consists of four parts: the top cover, the operation room, the cooling and heating room and the bottom room. The top cover is equipped with a computer controller strong current board, and the top cover panel is equipped with a computer controller weak current board, which includes a liquid crystal display, indicator lights and operation buttons. In addition, there is a power switch on the panel. N groups of lighting fluorescent lamps are respectively hung on the side of the box body or on the box door. A thermistor (i.e. temperature sensor) is installed on the back wall of the operating room. The cooling and heating room is below or above the operation room, and its left and right (or front and rear) are respectively connected with the entrance and exit of the ventilation channel of the operation room. The room is equipped with an evaporator, a shielding diverter plate for anti-condensation, an electric heating tube and two circulation fans. To provide heating or cooling to the operating room, a thermistor for overheating protection is installed next to the electric heating tube. The bottom chamber is equipped with a compressor, a condenser, a cooling fan, an instrument inlet junction box and a fuse.
Precautions for using the light Incubator:
1. The light Incubator should be placed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat and sunlight. Place it stably to prevent vibration and noise, and the shell should be reliably grounded.
2. When the equipment is being transported, repaired and maintained, it should avoid collision, shaking and vibration, and the maximum inclination of Zui should be less than 45 degrees.
3. During refrigeration work, it is not advisable to make the difference between the temperature inside the box and the ambient temperature greater than 25 degrees.
4. In order to effectively dissipate heat from the condenser of the equipment, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm, there should be a gap of 50mm on the side of the box, and at least 300mm on the top of the box.
5. The equipment does not work suddenly, please check whether the fuse tube (behind the box) is burnt out, and check the power supply.
6. When the operating temperature is low, if it is necessary to drain the accumulated water in the light Incubator, the box can be slightly tilted backwards.
7. The light time can be programmed and controlled by the "programmable time controller". For the programming method, please refer to the "Programmable Time Controller" instruction manual.
8. If it is necessary to replace or overhaul the fluorescent tube, it can be done by removing the rear panel of the light Incubator and pulling out the left and right lamp frames.
9. When the equipment is out of use, unplug the power plug.
10. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, acid or alkali and other corrosive substances are not allowed to wipe the surface, and the inside of the box can be wiped dry with a dry cloth regularly.
