What method can be used to judge that the migration of ink will not be caused by changes in ambient temperature during ink production? The author aims at this problem, combined with my practical experience, the judgment method is: first take the test (or production) ink and print a print sample with a color development stick or a color development wheel or an ink proofer, and after the ink film is dry, print the print sample (ink film side up) on a metal white board (painted with white ink or white paint or white paint), then seal the two layers with adhesive tape and after compaction, turn on the electric stove and put a pot or beaker on top of it, add Water, when the water boils, put the sealed printed sample into the boiling water, and record the time immediately, take out the printed sample after boiling for one hour, and uncover the adhesive tape and printed sample, observe the tightness Attached to the bottom white metal plate with or without color. If not, it means that the ink will not migrate the printed ink ink film due to changes in environmental temperature and humidity within two years, otherwise vice versa.
