Junnengda JND-A60 Universal Gloss Meter Operation Instructions

JND-A60 gloss meter is a gloss measuring instrument designed and manufactured  with reference to the international standard ISO 2813 and the Chinese national standard GB/T9754. The technical parameters also meet the requirements of ASTM D2457, ASTM D523 and GB/T13891 GB/T7706 and GB/T8807 . All performance indicators have reached the requirements of the second-level working machine in the national standard JJG 696-2002 "Mirror Mirror Gloss Meter and Gloss Plate" in the metrological verification regulations.

Instructions

★Power on/off

Touch the power on and off button to turn on and off the power of the instrument

★ Calibration

After turning on the power of the instrument for 3 minutes, buckle the measuring port of the instrument into the frame of the black calibration work plate and align it with the mark. Adjust the calibration roller to make the display value of the instrument consistent with that of the black calibration work plate.

Tips: Calibration needs to be done every time after power on!

★ Measurement 

Place the measuring port of the instrument on the surface of the measuring place, and the instrument can immediately display the gloss value of the place.

Tip: The instrument should be calibrated again if it is used for more than 45 minutes. Make sure the data is accurate!

★ Check

Calibration is the self-check of the instrument by the user when there is doubt about the measured value .

Calibration steps need to be performed professionally during the inspection, and the instrument should be placed on the white working board correctly without touching the AM roller . The difference between the displayed value of the instrument and the calibrated value of the white working board is not more than 1 gloss unit. Otherwise, the test must be .

★ After each use, turn off the power in time to avoid damage to the battery due to over -discharge !

★The instrument and accessories should be stored in a clean and dry environment. 

★ The instrument and working board should be cleaned . Clean lens cleaning cloth and wind blower can be used to remove pollutants. For stubborn stains, it can be cleaned with alcohol.

★ When the instrument is not used for a long time, pay attention to the battery power to prevent over- discharge and charge it in time.

★ Please do not insert any object into the instrument to clean it,  it may damage the instrument. Affect measurement accuracy and operational safety!
