1. In the high temperature test, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and troubleshoot one by one. If the temperature rises very slowly, you need to check the air circulation system and check whether the air circulation regulating baffle is opened normally. On the contrary, check whether the air circulation of the motor is normal. If the temperature overshoot is serious, you need to set the PID setting parameters. If the temperature rises directly, the overheating protection means that the controller is faulty and the control instrument needs to be replaced.

2. If the low temperature fails to meet the test target, you need to observe the temperature change. The temperature drops slowly, or the temperature tends to rebound after the temperature reaches a certain value. The former needs to be checked before the low temperature test. After drying in the studio, leave the Test Chamber dry, then place the test sample in the studio and test again. The Test Chambers in the studio are placed so much that the air in the studio cannot be fully circulated. After eliminating the above reasons, it is necessary to consider whether the refrigeration system is faulty. In this case, it is necessary to ask the manufacturer's specialists for repairs. The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor environment in which the equipment is used. The ambient temperature of the equipment and the location of the equipment (the distance between the cabinet and the wall) need to meet the requirements (in the instruction manual of the equipment).

3. In the damp heat test, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is much lower. The former phenomenon may be caused by dry gauze on the wet bulb sensor. Then check the humidity. Whether there is water shortage in the spherical sensor Water Tank, the water level in the Water Tank is automatically controlled by the water level controller, and the water supply system of the water level controller checks whether the water supply is normal and whether the water level controller is working normally. Another possibility is that wet ball gauze may harden the gauze thanks to prolonged use or the purity of the water supply, which can make the gauze unable to soak up water and dry, and you only need to replace it to eliminate the above phenomena. or clean gauze. The latter phenomenon is mainly due to the failure of the humidification system to work properly. Check the water supply to the humidification system. Check if there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system. Control whether the water level of the humidifying boiler is normal, and whether the water level of the humidifying boiler is normal. If all the above operations are normal, check the electrical control system, which requires professional maintenance personnel to repair.

4. When the equipment fails suddenly during the test operation, the corresponding failure display prompt will appear on the control instrument, and a voice alarm will be issued. Operators can quickly check what type of fault is in the troubleshooting part of equipment operation, and professionals can quickly troubleshoot to ensure that the test is running properly. Other environmental test equipment will have other phenomena in use, which need to be specific phenomena, specific analysis and exclusion items.

Environmental testing equipment should also be maintained regularly. The condenser of the refrigeration system should be cleaned regularly. For moving parts, it should be lubricated according to the instructions, and the electrical control system should be maintained and inspected regularly. These tasks are required.
