When choosing a high temperature and low Temperature Test Chamber, it depends more on his technical parameters, such as temperature range, uniformity, fluctuation, heating rate and cooling rate, to match his desired test conditions. Uniformity is a parameter we need to pay attention to, but in the process of using the equipment we always have failures of excessive uniformity. Then, the main reasons for the uniformity of the Test Chamber are too large:
1. Sealing
The airtightness of the cabinet is not good. For example, door leaks can affect the uniform temperature of the equipment working chamber.
2. The sample size is too large
If it is necessary to place a temperature deviation in the working chamber, when the sample volume is too large or placed or the position is not suitable, the air convection will be blocked, which may cause a large temperature deviation.
3. Heat conduction on the box wall
Heat loss in the high temperature chamber or leakage in the low temperature chamber can occur due to heat conduction from the walls of the high-low Temperature Test Chambers. In order to compensate for the heat loss, there must be a difference in the supply air temperature. The supply air temperature of the high temperature box is higher than the working temperature inside the box. The air supply temperature of the box is lower than the working temperature inside the box. Due to the unavoidable temperature difference of the supply air, temperature unevenness occurs in the working chamber.
4. Structure
The structure of high-low Temperature Test Chamber equipment largely affects the uniform temperature in the working medium. Since the structure is rarely perfectly symmetrical, it can adversely affect temperature uniformity. The front door is at the front and the air conditioning room is at the back of the box. The structure has good left-right symmetry, and can easily achieve left-right temperature uniformity.
