Common problems and solutions of ball mill

The problems that arise during the use of the ball mill can be solved in the following ways:

The first common problem: no powder or little powder, low output.

reason:

1. Improper adjustment of the powder lock device, loose seal, resulting in powder suction back.

2. The scraper is very worn and cannot scoop up materials.

solution:

1. Check and adjust the seal of the powder locking device. Once you notice an air leak, use a scraper to stop it.

2. Replace the scraper with a new one.

The second common problem is: the finished powder is too coarse or too fine.

reason:

1. The blades of the classifier are severely worn and cannot classify materials.

2. Insufficient delivery of fans.

solution:

1. Replace the air bag and properly reduce the air supply volume of the fan to make it finer.

2. For ultra-fine products, increase the air intake.

The third common problem is: the main engine current rises, the engine temperature rises, and the fan current drops.

reason:

1. Too much material is added, the flue is blocked by powder, and the exhaust of the pipeline is blocked. The circulating air dissipates heat, increasing the temperature of the main current and the engine, while the fan current decreases.

solution:

1. Reduce the intake volume and clean the powder in the flue.

2. Open the air pipe valve upwards, and keep the inlet material temperature below 6 degrees Celsius.

The fourth common problem: the host of the ball mill is noisy and vibrates.

reason:

1. Less import volume. The scraper is severely worn and cannot scoop up materials. The foundation bolts are loose.

2. The hard impact force of the material is large, and there is no material accumulation.

3. The grinding roller and grinding ring are not round and have poor shape.

solution:

1. Adjust the amount of paper feed, and replace the scraper with a new one.

2. Change the feed size.

3. Replace the grinding roller and grinding ring.
