2. Installation steps

1. Install the bracket (direction of a fixing screw on the bracket to yourself) on the connection under the protective cover of the viscometer (screw to the right to install, and to the left to remove)

2. The No. 0 rotor passes through the center of the fixed bracket, and installs the connecting head on the No. 0 rotor on the connecting screw ;

3. Fill the measuring cylinder with about 30ml of the liquid to be tested and load it upwards from the bottom of the fixing bracket, and then fix it on the bracket with three screws. Carefully observe that the level of the measured liquid just exceeds the surface of the zero rotor cone;

4. Set the spindle number and spindle speed on the viscometer according to the "Viscometer Instruction Manual" (it is recommended that the spindle speed should not be lower than 30 rpm). The viscosity of the measured liquid can be measured.
