Classification of heating mantle

Electric heating mantle, also known as electric heating mantle, is a heating instrument commonly used in laboratories.

Electric heating mantles can be divided into the following four categories according to the temperature control method:

1. Thyristor voltage regulation.

2. Thermocouple temperature-sensing thyristor control.

3. Thyristor voltage regulator with contact thermometer.

4. No temperature control electric heating jacket.


The working capacity of the electric heating mantle mainly includes: 100ML, 2500ML, 500ML, 1000ML, 2000ML, 3000ML, 5000ML, 10000ML, 20000ML, 30000ML, 50000ML.


According to the function, the electric heating mantle is divided into:

1. Electronic thermostat heating mantle: voltmeter to adjust temperature.

2. Constant temperature digital display electric heating mantle: the digital display meter adjusts and displays the temperature.

3. Digital display stirring electric heating mantle: the digital display meter adjusts and displays the temperature, and has a stirring function.

4. Temperature-adjusting and stirring electric heating mantle: the voltmeter adjusts the temperature and has a stirring function.

5. Microcomputer electric heating mantle: the control circuit adopts microcomputer control, and the temperature control is more accurate.

Maintenance plan for electric heating mantle

How to use electric heating mantle:

1. Plug in ~220V power supply, turn on the power switch, the display window will display "K", and the setting window will display "400". This appliance is equipped with a K-type thermocouple, and the maximum control temperature is 400°C. After 3 seconds, The display window displays the room temperature, and the setting window displays the previous set temperature value.

2. One-button operation, press the setting plus "▲" or setting minus "▼" key and hold, the required heating temperature will be quickly set, such as: 100°C, the green light is on to indicate heating, and the green light is off to indicate stop , the microcomputer will determine the heating amount according to the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, so as to ensure that the temperature rises in place at one time, and maintain the balance of heat supply and heat dissipation under the temperature difference between the set value and the displayed value ± 1°C, so that the heating process can be easily completed.

3. There is a rubber plug on the lower left of the heating mantle, which is used to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion and rust and to conduct the inner wire. If it is pulled out, the inner probe will be disconnected and the machine will stop working. If the external thermocouple is used, the plug should be pulled out for storage, the plug of the external thermocouple should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked, and then the stainless steel probe should be put into the solution for temperature control and heating.

4. The electrical appliance is equipped with a disconnection protection function. When the thermocouple is not well connected, "1" or "hhhh" will be displayed on the hundreds digit of the display window, and the green light will be off, and the appliance will stop heating, and it needs to be checked before use.


Advantages of stirring electric heating mantle:

4. The magnetic stirring electric heating mantle has an electric contact thermometer connection socket, which can control the temperature to plus or minus 0.1 degrees when connected with the electric contact thermometer to achieve a higher constant temperature stirring function.

5. The magnetic stirring electric heating mantle also has a two-way stirring function, so that the purpose of rapid stirring can be achieved quickly.


Precautions for using magnetic stirring electric heating mantle:

1. Do not use dry burning.

2. The instrument should be well grounded.

3. When used for the first time, there will be white smoke and peculiar smell coming out of the board, which is a normal phenomenon. Because the internal insulating material contains oil and other compounds during the production process, it should be placed in a ventilated place, and it can be used normally after it disappears in a few minutes .

4. Due to the limited temperature resistance of the motor and magnet of the stirrer, when the low-temperature biochemical Incubator pretends to be a heating test, especially a high-temperature heating test, the instrument cannot be used for heating alone. Please adjust the motor to rotation or low-speed rotation (idling), To prevent motors, magnets, and damage from high-temperature radiation.

5. At the end of high-temperature heating, please turn off the heating first, and then turn off the stirring after a few minutes of residual temperature.

6. The temperature of the heating part is high, so be careful when working to avoid burns.

7. When there are wet hands, liquid spills or excessive humidity for a long time, there may be induction electricity transmitted to the shell through the insulation layer, please ensure the grounding wire and pay attention to ventilation. If the leakage is serious, please do not use it again. The low-temperature biochemical Incubator should be dried in the sun or dried in an oven before use to avoid danger.

8. If you find that there is no power, please first check whether the rear right insurance needs to be replaced.

9. When not in use for a long time, please keep the instrument clean and store it in a dry and non-corrosive gas place.
