What is a heating and cooling circulating bath?

In the environment of lack of water source, water quality, water pressure and water temperature and high temperature working conditions, the cold and hot circulating Water Bath can effectively protect the normal use of various precision equipment and laboratory instruments.

What is a Heating and Cooling Circulating Bath?

The liquid circulation of the whole system of the high-temperature and low-temperature circulating bath is closed. In this closed system, no water vapor is absorbed at low temperature, and no oil mist is produced at high temperature. Heat transfer oil can have a wide operating temperature. A cooling and heating cycle machine can control the temperature between -95°C and 200°C under the same heat transfer medium.

The circulation pump flow rate of the high-low temperature circulation device can be adjusted or customized, which greatly meets the actual needs of different users.

Features of hot and cold circulating Water Bath

1. The entire liquid cycle is a fully closed system. The heat transfer fluid will not volatilize and be oxidized at high temperature. It is not easy to absorb moisture in the air at low temperatures, extending the service life of the heat transfer fluid, and does not require oil changes during heating and cooling.

2. The plate heat exchanger is used for refrigeration and heat exchange, with high heat transfer coefficient, large heat transfer area per unit volume, small heat loss, and the heat transfer ratio is 35% higher than that of coils.

3. The liquid level display function can monitor the liquid level at any time to avoid liquid shortage.

4. Digital explicit temperature control, PID temperature control technology, overheating power off and dry burning protection functions, easy to operate.

5. The temperature probe is a PT100 sensor.

Application of hot and cold circulating Water Bath

  • Temperature control of jacketed or double jacketed reactors used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biological industries.

  • Temperature control for materials testing.

  • Temperature control during distillation.

  • Analog control of temperature changes in a specific process.

  • Thermostatic control system.

  • Temperature control of semiconductor devices.

  • Temperature control of the temperature test platform.

  • Temperature control of the vacuum chamber.

How to properly use a heating and cooling circulating Water Bath?

1. The high-low temperature circulation device should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and its back and sides should be 400mm away from obstacles. Add liquid medium just before use.

2. The working power supply should be determined according to the model of the heating and cooling circulation bath. The power of the power supply should be greater than or equal to the total power of the temperature control tank. The power supply needs to have a good "ground" device.

3. After use, you need to turn off all switches before unplugging the power plug.
