Abstract: 本文讲述了ISO流出杯的粘度测量方法。ISO流出杯按照ISO 2431-1993和GB/T 6753.4-98标准设计,是一种国际通用的测试工具,适用于测量牛顿型或接近牛顿型液体的流出时间(流出时间100秒)。不同孔径的ISO流出杯有不同的校正公式,包括:3 mm 流出杯的公式为 \( V = 0.443 t - \frac{200}{t} \),4 mm 流出杯的公式为 \( V = 1.37 t - \frac{200}{t} \),5 mm 流出杯的公式为 \( V = 3.28 t - \frac{200}{t} \),6 mm 流出杯的公式为 \( V = 6.90 t - \frac{200}{t} \),其中 \( V \) 代表流出量,\( t \) 代表流出时间。这些公式用于对不同孔径流出杯的测量结果进行校正。

The ISO Flow Cup is designed according to ISO 2431-1993 and GB/T 6753.4-98. It is an internationally used tool for testing product viscosity. It is used for the measurement of the outflow time of Newtonian or similar Newtonian liquids (outflow time 100 seconds).

ISO Flow Cup calibration

The Flow Cup with different aperture has the following correction formula:

3 mm Flow Cup V = 0.443 t - (200/t)

4 mm Flow Cup V = 1.37 t - (200/t)

5 mm Flow Cup V = 3.28 t - (200/t)

6 mm Flow Cup V = 6.90 t - (200/t)
