1. What is the difference between WGG60 series and MG series gloss meter?

The power supply of WGG60 series host is a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. The power supply of the MG series host is a AA (No. 5) rechargeable or alkaline battery. If the frequency of use is high, it is recommended to use WGG60 series. On the contrary, if the frequency of use is low, it is recommended to use the MG series, but please take out the battery after use to protect the main unit of the instrument.


2. Do all the gloss meters of Keshijia have models that can measure curved surfaces?

Both Koshiga MG6-FS and MG6-SA can measure the glossiness of facet or small curvature surface. MG6-FS is mainly applicable to non-metallic materials. MG6-SA is mainly suitable for metal materials. The measurement window of both is 2.0x4.0mm, and the measurement spot is 1.5x3.0mm.


3. How to adjust the gloss meter of WGG60 series, and how long can it be used for one charge?

Adjustment method: turn on the power, take off the dust cover, and place the measuring port on the black working board for adjustment. After half a minute, adjust the "adjustment" button to make the displayed value equal to the test value of the black working board. Note that the measuring port of the gloss meter needs to be buckled into the positioning frame of the working plate, so that the adjusted indication value is valid. And every time you turn on the instrument, you need to adjust the instrument. After the instrument is fully charged, it can be used continuously for more than 48 hours.


4. Will the strong light environment affect the measurement of the gloss meter? How to deal with it?

The strong light environment will affect the measurement of the gloss meter. It is recommended to avoid the measurement in the strong light environment. If you want to avoid the leakage of external light, you can use black flannelette around the measuring port to block the light.


5. Is there a model that can measure the haze value for all series of gloss meters of Keshijia?

Keshijia MG268-F2 gloss meter has functions of haze value calculation and percentage reflectance unit conversion.


6. According to which standards is the Keshijia gloss meter designed and produced?

Keshijia gloss meter is designed and produced according to the international standard ISO-2813 and the national standard GB/T9754. GB/T7706, GB/T8807.


7. How long is the warranty period for Keshijia instruments?
