What is the difference between a frame prepper and an I-type prepper?

Some Beichao customers are asking about the difference between the frame-type Applicator and the I-type Applicator, and whether they can be replaced. First of all, the principle of their coating film is the same, they all prepare a wet film with a specified thickness, which can be replaced. Their scraping method is the same, the difference is that the position of putting ink is different.

In order to clarify this problem, we specially made an instruction map for the reference of North and South Tide users.

The plane support of the red dot, the difference between the surface of the green dot and the red dot is assumed to be 120um

The red dot plane support, the blue dot surface is higher than the red dot difference is assumed to be 60um

When the yellow ink is placed in the frame, if the ink touches the green surface when scraping, the thickness is 120um, and if the blue surface is scraped in turn, it is 60um

The principle behind the frame preparer is the same as above

The principle of the Applicator is relatively simple, but the difficulty is in the process control of film thickness. If the process is poor, the error will be large. After looking at the picture above, do you know the difference between the work type and the style?
