Under what circumstances should the interior be repainted?

The easiest way to decide when to paint a house is to let the old coating itself tell you, generally when the repaired area reaches half of the entire painted area, it should be repainted. There are also some coatings that are intact and have no peeling phenomenon, but have been severely chalked, faded or polluted. In order to maintain the beauty of the house, it also needs to be repainted and renovated. Due to regular repairs, most of the old coatings are in relatively good condition. Generally, it is enough to brush the paint once. For better latex paint, it is enough to update it every three to five years.

Many people do not pay enough attention to the maintenance of the coating, thinking that the workload of repainting is too much, so they procrastinate and delay until the paint film peels off, the wood rots or the iron parts are severely corroded before repainting. In fact, by that time, the painting work will become more difficult, which will cause greater waste.
