What are the characteristics of Polyethersulfone Anticorrosive coatings?

Polysulfone coating is a new type of coating developed by the American ICI company in the 1970s. In the late 1980s, Jilin University, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Jilin Textile Design and Research Institute have carried out research and production. The coating has high thermal stability, the coating temperature is 200°C, the tensile strength is 78.4-88.2 MN/m2, and the adhesion to the steel plate is 11.57 MN/m2. , steam, acid, alkali, oil, grease, ethanol, fat will not be corroded, it has strong resistance to e-rays, gamma rays, X-rays, and good insulation. When in use, use dimethylformamide as a solvent to prepare polysulfone resin solutions of different concentrations, spray, dip or brush on treated aluminum, iron, and steel plates preheated to 7o~8o℃, and the coating thickness is About 1o micron, heat to 18o°C, cool down to 100°C, and then coat for the second time, a total of 4~5 times of coating, the coating thickness is 30~50 micron, and then sintered at 330~430°C for 1 hour.
