use operation

1. Put the instrument on a stable and firm workbench in a suitable position. 　　

2. Lay the paper flat on the center of the chassis, and press the support beam with your left hand to prevent the sampler from tilting forward when the pressing lever is pressed. Slowly press down the pressure rod to complete a sampling, the sample taken falls into the chute, and slides out from the side of the chute.

How to use: Loosen the two screws at the back of the knife holder, change the blade, the blade faces to the left, and make an angle of 45 degrees with the pallet, and then tighten it. When cutting the sample, special attention should be paid to keep the hands flat and keep the fingers 2-3cm away from the knife groove, otherwise the hands will be bruised or cut, resulting in serious consequences. 　　

According to the size requirements of the sample, adjust the positioning screw to meet the size requirements; how to use the quantitative sampler: in order to facilitate the measurement of paper quantification, the sample area after taking is a specific 100cm2, and at least 5 or 10 pieces are taken each time for the next step of measurement; Use Put the sample in the machine, press down the handle to get the sample, pay attention to cutting out double or multiple sheets of paper with a thickness of 0.05mm or more at the same time, otherwise the life of the instrument will be shortened.
