Main operation steps

1. Connect the power supply: AC380V 50HZ  

2. Turn on the power switch, (at this time, it is strictly forbidden for personnel without professional training to enter the yellow warning line to do any relevant test operations, and it is strictly forbidden to stand under the drop arm, which is very dangerous), the power indicator light is on, and the instrument enters the standby state after self-inspection;

3. To set the required height, press the "SET" button until the interface display flashes, and the SET1 button appears, and the required height is set to 300 (unit: mm). This value cannot be changed; press the SET button again, and SET2 appears to set the required height, and then drop To the limit, when setting the height, press the right shift key or increase the value to change the required height; after the height setting is completed, press the "SET" key until the current test, and then it will be in standby mode (note that the instrument has been adjusted when the machine leaves the factory , except for setting the height by yourself, do not change other parameters, otherwise there may be malfunctions);

4. The height setting is completed. Place the object to be tested on the test board, and fix the fixture to complete (note: the test must be completed by two people) according to the required surface, angle, and edge.

5. Test method: Press the up button to raise to the set height, automatically stop rising, then enter the state to be tested (the operator leaves the test area), press the down button, the test object falls freely, and the test is completed;

maintenance matters

1. After each test, the drop arm must be dropped to prevent the spring from being pulled and deformed by the long-reset drop arm, which will affect the test effect. Before each drop, please reset the position before the motor stops rotating before pressing the drop button;

2. After the new machine arrives at the factory and is installed, an appropriate low-concentration engine oil must be added to the sliding round rod. It is strictly forbidden to add anti-rust oil or high-concentration engine oil and corrosive oils in the backlog).

3. If there is too much dust in the oiling place for a long time, please lower the machine to the lower part, wipe off the previous oil, and then re-oil the machine;

4. The drop machine is an impact mechanical device. When the new machine is used for more than 500 times, the screws must be tightened to avoid failure
