1. Steps to use

1. Check whether the sealing pipeline of the sealing Tester is connected correctly, whether the power supply is safe, whether the sealing bucket is placed reasonably, whether the water level is suitable for adding water to test, and whether the test sample is fully prepared, please complete the preparatory work before the test.

2. Turn on the power, connect the compressed air, ensure the air pressure is stable (pressure ≥ 0.5Mpa), and press the power switch.

3. Adjust the pressure regulating valve (clockwise to increase the air pressure), and adjust the pressure to the required test air pressure value.

4. Press the "timer switch" until the end of the test. Pay attention to the product being tested.

5. If there are bubbles coming out of the product seal during the test, it is unqualified.

6. After the test, point the air-tight on-off switch to "deflate" to take out the product and prepare for the next product test.

2. After the test on the day, it is best to unplug the power cord to ensure safety.

3. Please pay attention! ! ! It is better to replace the test water in the airtight Tester once a week. Do not hold the airtight bucket to pour water, be sure to use a container to scoop out the water in the airtight bucket to avoid deformation of the airtight bucket.
