1. Fix the test surface of a sample upward and flat on the horizontal test bench. The length direction of the sample and the test bench should be parallel.
2. Place the test surface of another sample downward, wrap the slider, and fix the pattern on the front edge and upper surface of the slider with adhesive tape.
3. Place the fixed slide block without impact on the center of the first sample, and make the test direction of the two samples parallel to the slide block direction and the force measuring system is just free of force.
4. The first peak of the force is the static friction force Fs. The average value of the force (excluding static friction force) within 60mm of the relative movement of the two models is the dynamic friction force Fd.
5. If the force value oscillates after the static friction force, the test cannot measure the dynamic friction force. At this time, the spring between the slider and the load sensor should be canceled, and the dynamic friction force should be measured separately. This measurement is not suitable for static friction due to inertial errors.
When measuring the friction performance of plastic film (sheet) on the surface of other materials, the plastic film (sheet) should be fixed on the slider, and the samples of other materials should be fixed on the horizontal test bench, and the other steps are the same as above.
Turn on the power switch on the rack control panel, press the "Test" button to enter the display interface. Then press the "Test" button to do the test. The test will stop automatically in 38 seconds. During the test, the testing machine will automatically display the force value curve and calculate the results. Press the "Return" button to return to the original position. If you want to print, you can press the "print" button. If the test piece is tested for the second time, the steps are the same as above.
After the test, turn off the power.
