EPK MiniTest2500/4500 Coating Thickness Gauge Probe Model Chart

MiniTest 4500 and MiniTest 2500 (without Bluetooth and reduced memory capacity) are equipped with the same features. Both models continue to use the tried and tested traditional analog probes for coating thickness measurement, dedicated to new technology that successfully replaced the MiniTest 1100-4100. Modern data management using the APPL-Batch structure allows easy access to a large internal data memory of up to 2,000,000 readings. The large display shows the current reading in 20mm high digits and also shows important parameters. Use the MiniTest 4500's Bluetooth interface to wirelessly transfer measurement data to a laptop or PC. Both models feature a USB port for quick connection to a computer, laptop or printer.

The standard scope of delivery for both models includes a sturdy transport case with a protective rubber case, batteries, manual and certificate of operation. A set of calibration foils is supplied with the probe.

Users can choose from a wide range of probes to suit standard measuring tasks as well as more complex applications, such as the case of measurements in pipes or extremely thick coatings up to 100 mm thick. All probes from the previous MiniTest 1100/2100/3100/4100 series can be connected to the new model and vice versa.

Probe Model: FN 1.6

application:

Non-magnetic coatings on steel and insulating coatings on non-ferrous metals.

The all-rounder for standard applications.

At the same time, the F1.6 version is only used for measuring on magnetic substrates or the N1.6 version is only used for measuring on non-ferrous metals.

Probe model: FN 1.6/90

application:

Non-magnetic coatings on steel and insulating coatings on non-ferrous metals.

Especially suitable for measuring pipes or difficult to access objects.

Also available as F1.6/90 version only for measurements on magnetic substrates or N1.6/90 only for measurements on non-ferrous metals

Probe model: F 05

application:

Very thin coatings of non-ferrous metals, oxides or paints on small steel workpieces.

Highest precision for thin coatings.

Probe model: F 3

application:

Non-magnetic coatings, thick coatings and enamel coatings on steel.

The classic in coating thickness measurement.
