The coating engineering mainly includes pre-treatment equipment, electrophoresis equipment, spray booth, leveling weight, burner, etc. The performance acceptance items of coating equipment are mainly as follows:
1. Pre-processing equipment
The pre-treatment is mainly set up to test the heating of the degreasing tank and phosphating tank (heating curve, heating time), the pressure and spray uniformity of the nozzles of each nozzle.
2. Electrophoresis equipment
The electrophoresis equipment mainly tests the bath temperature, working voltage, bath flow rate and circulation volume.
Auxiliary equipment measures super oil, deionized water flow, injection pressure and spray uniformity.
3. Paint booth
The spray booth mainly tests the wind speed distribution and average wind speed of the cross section; the illuminance and average illuminance of each point, the water pump flow rate; humidity and temperature.
4. Leveling room
The leveling chamber mainly tests the wind speed distribution and average wind speed, temperature and humidity.
5. Baking Road
The drying tunnel mainly tests the temperature rise curve, the temperature rise time and the temperature distribution of the temperature rise section and the heat preservation section.
