There are many factors that will cause measurement errors during the test, how to avoid these errors?
Use a constant temperature Water Tank to control the temperature of the liquid to be measured and make each measurement under the same temperature adjustment.
Do a good job of cleaning the rotor and protective frame before measurement. When using L1~L4, R1~R7 rotors for measurement, the protective frame needs to be installed, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement data will be affected.
When measuring, the rotor should be placed in the center of the container, and the rotor liquid level mark should be flush with the liquid level, and the main engine should be in a horizontal state.

When the rotor is immersed in the liquid to be measured, it should wait for ten minutes to make the temperature of the two consistent before taking the measurement.
When changing from high-speed measurement to low-speed measurement, you should first press the <Reset> button to stop the motor, then set it to a low speed and wait for the liquid level to stand still and then press the <Measurement> button to measure, so as to eliminate the rotation inertia of the liquid. Measurement error.
When measuring low-viscosity liquids, first select the L1 rotor, and when measuring high-viscosity liquids, first select the L4 rotor, and then decide whether to change the rotor and adjust the speed according to the displayed torque value.
When measuring high-viscosity liquids at low speed, it is necessary to prolong the measurement time to stabilize the data before reading the results.

During the measurement process, due to lifting and lowering the main engine, changing the rotor or the liquid to be measured, the main engine will often lose its level state, and the level should be checked and readjusted in time.
Regularly or irregularly inspect the main engine with standard viscosity liquid to judge and check its performance and working condition. (Standard viscosity liquid with corresponding parameters should be selected according to the commonly used viscosity measurement range.)
