Keshijia F2 series gloss meter is a widely used physical testing instrument, which can be used to test the gloss of various samples such as ceramics, paper, paint, architecture, coatings, films, etc. During operation and use , in order to ensure the accuracy of the data and the maintenance of the instrument, please keep this gloss meter user guide.

1. Before starting the instrument, make sure that the main unit of the instrument is correctly buckled into the base, so that the instrument can perform self-diagnosis and self-calibration after power-on. If the main unit is not placed in the base, the instrument will not perform self-check and self-calibration, and directly enter the measurement interface.

2. After the base is removed from the main machine, it should be stored in a safe and clean place to ensure that the working board will not be broken or stained.

3. The measuring port of the instrument should be attached to the surface to be tested to avoid the leakage of external light. If necessary, black flannelette and other objects can be used to block the light around the measuring port . It is recommended to avoid measurement in strong light environment.

4. Do not attach or stick foreign matter on the measuring port plane of the instrument, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.

5. When the measurement environment temperature has a large change, the instrument temperature should be close to the environment temperature, and after confirming that there is no condensation on the surface of the lens in the measuring port of the instrument and the surface of the working plate on the base, restart the measurement.

6. When the measurement lasts for a long time after the instrument is turned on, it is recommended to adjust the instrument in the middle.

7. During measurement, if the space is full of measurement data, the instrument will prompt "Nemory is Full", and the measurement data cannot be stored at this time . It is recommended to upload the data to the PC and clear the memory of the instrument.

8. When the battery is exhausted, the following prompt "Low Power" will appear, please replace the battery in time.

9. Pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness of the surface of the working board, instrument lens, and measured parts. If stains , water mist, dust, water vapor and other foreign matter are found attached, please wipe them off gently with lens cleaning paper or a soft cloth dipped in absolute ethanol (or other appropriate mild solvents) .
