Preparation of Electrodes with Adjustable Film Coater

Abstract: 本文讲述了使用可调式涂膜器制备电极的过程。首先,将合成的正极材料NVTP研磨成粉末并在真空烘箱中干燥。按8:1:1的质量比混合NVTP粉末、PVDF(粘结剂)和乙炔黑(导电剂),加入NMP调整粘稠度后在磁力搅拌器中搅拌12小时。将混合物涂布在清洁的铝箔上,调整涂膜厚度并在80°C真空干燥箱中干燥12小时,随后冷却并冲片。极片再次在80°C下真空干燥12小时后,置于氩气环境的手套箱中组装CR2032型扣式电池,电解液为1M NaClO4溶解于EC/DEC(1:1)及5% FEC。最终电池在搁置12小时后进行电化学测试。使用可调式涂膜器能更精确地控制膜的厚度,改善了电极的制备质量。

Firstly, the synthesized cathode material NVTP is fully ground into powder, and dried in a vacuum oven. Weighing NVTP powder (active material), PVDF (bonding agent) and acetylene black (conductive agent) in the ratio of 8:1:1 by mass ratio are mixed in 20mL weighing bottle, add appropriate amount of NMP (N- Methyl pyrrolidone ), adjust the appropriate viscosity, and then vigorously stir on a magnetic stirrer for 12h. Spread out the cut aluminum foil and wipe it clean, pour the stirred paste on the surface of the aluminum foil of the current collector, adjust the thickness of the coating film of the adjustable film coating and carry out coating. Afterwards, place the coated aluminum foil in a vacuum Drying Oven at 80°C for 12 hours, and take out the punched sheet after cooling. After determining the quality of the pole piece, vacuum dry it again for 12 hours at a temperature of 80 ℃. After cooling, take it out and place it in a glove box in an argon environment, and carry out CR2032 type button battery assembly. The electrolyte is 1M NaClO Dissolved in EC/DEC (1:1 ) and 5% FEC. Remarks for the northern and southern tides: to prepare a paste sample of about 150 microns, it is suitable to choose an Micrometer Applicator. However, because the substrate is aluminum foil, the feature is that it is easy to be uneven. Use a vacuum adsorption film coating machine to flatten the aluminum foil, and the film prepared with an adjustable Film Applicator will be more beautiful.
