Experimental equipment required for the synthesis of zirconium silicate by microemulsion method

Abstract: 文章介绍了微乳液法合成硅酸锆所需的实验仪器及材料。微乳液是由油、水、乳化剂及助表面活性剂(如醇)组成的透明或半透明多相体系。制备方法包括Schul-man法(向烃和水乳化剂混合物中滴加醇)和Shah法(向烃、醇和乳化剂混合物中滴加水)。实验涉及的仪器有电热恒温鼓风干燥箱、高温箱式电阻炉、低速离心机、激光粒度分析仪等。实验主要研究了煅烧温度对微乳液法制备硅酸锆粉体的影响,测试温度包括1000°C、1100°C、1200°C和1300°C。

Microemulsion is a transparent or translucent multi-phase thermodynamically stable system spontaneously formed by mixing . The Schulman method of preparing microemulsion is to mix hydrocarbon and water emulsifier evenly, drop alcohol to it, and the system suddenly becomes transparent to a certain amount of dropping to obtain microemulsion. The Shah method is to mix hydrocarbons, alcohols, and emulsifiers evenly, and add water dropwise therein until the system suddenly becomes transparent to obtain a microemulsion.

Experimental protocol

Mainly carry out research on the preparation of zirconium silicate by microemulsion method. The effect of calcination temperature on the preparation of zirconium silicate powder by microemulsion method was discussed .

Calcination temperatures are: 1000°C, 1100°C, 1200°C, 1300C
