Precautions and maintenance methods for the use of paper stiffness Tester

Paper stiffness is an important indicator of paper cardboard materials. The quality of stiffness directly affects the quality of paper bending performance (stiffness is also called bending stiffness). Our paper mills generally need to be equipped with a set of paper stiffness Testers. Carry out follow-up tests, however, the maintenance and after-use maintenance of the paper stiffness Tester often have a certain impact on the accuracy of the measured data

Precautions

1. The stiffness chuck cannot hold other samples before starting up and using, so as not to affect the accuracy of reset and crush the sensor.

2. Before testing every day, please warm up for 10 minutes; it is strongly recommended to connect the protective ground wire to the earth; once the product shows abnormal data, please turn off the power immediately. It takes more than 10 minutes for the power switch to turn off and then on again.

3. For the selection of the sample, there should be no creases, wrinkles, visible damage or other defects on the test sample surface.

4. Use the special sampler for stiffness to cut the sample accurately, the size is: 70×(38±0.2)mm

5. Mechanical zero adjustment: select a test sample as the zero adjustment sample, gently rotate the handle of the fixture with one hand, and put a section of the sample to be tested in the sample fixture with the other hand, and let go. Adjust the fine-tuning screw at the sensor end until the sample is close to the measuring head of the sensor to complete the mechanical alignment.

6. Do not touch the sensor, the maximum load capacity of the sensor is 2kg

Maintenance

1. Always keep the testing machine clean, and cover it to prevent dust when it is not used for a long time.

2. When the testing machine breaks down, please ask professionals to check and eliminate it, and do not run it with a disease.

3. A small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the transmission screw part of the testing machine from time to time.

4. Adhere to periodic verification and maintain the excellent technical condition of the testing machine. The verification cycle is generally one year.
