(1) The PSF support layer of GO modified composite membrane was prepared by phase inversion method, as shown in Figure 3-1.
The specific preparation steps are as follows: firstly, dry GO nanosheets with a particle size of 0.2–10 μm (the mass percentage of GO is 0wt%, 0.05wt%, 0.15wt%, 0.2wt%, 0.3wt%) were dispersed in a volume of 5 mL of DMF solution, and then sonicated in a sonicator for 2 h to form a homogeneous dispersion of GO. Secondly, GO dispersions with different doping amounts were added to the NMP solution containing 8wt% PSF, and stirred vigorously in a Water Bath at 60 °C to dissolve evenly. After standing for 24 hours to defoam, the glass plate was coated with an automatic coating machine, and then the glass plate was quickly immersed in DI for phase inversion to obtain a GO-doped PSF base film with a thickness of 100 μm. The basement membrane was soaked in DI water for 24h to completely remove the residual solvent.
(2) The preparation method of the PSF support layer of the GO modified composite membrane with a particle size of 50-150nm and greater than 10µm is the same as that of the 0.2-10µm GO modified composite membrane support layer.
