Abstract: 本文介绍了苯丙型水性光油乳液的成膜性能检测方法,包括外观、固含量、黏度、pH值、光泽度、耐水性和耐磨性的测试。通过目测确定乳液的外观为乳白带淡蓝色荧光半透明液体,采用烘箱法测定固含量,NDJ-1旋转黏度计和PB-10精密酸度计测量黏度和pH值,使用镜像光泽度仪测定光泽度,并在恒温水浴和摩擦脱色仪上分别测试乳液的耐水性和耐磨性。每项测试都需进行平行实验并取平均值以确保结果准确。

1 Appearance

2 solid content

3 Viscosity

Adopt NDJ-1 Rotational Viscometer, constant temperature 25 , select the appropriate rotor to measure the emulsion viscosity.


4pH

The pH of the emulsion was measured with a PB-10 precision acidity meter.


5 Gloss

Spread it evenly on a red solid printing white board paper with a size of about 15 cmx5 cm , put it in a 120C constant temperature oven and bake for 3~5 minutes, remove the uneven part of the edge , take 3 points evenly on each paper and use a 60° mirror gloss meter Measure the glossiness of each point, and take the average value as the glossiness of the paper strip

6 Water resistance

Spread it evenly on a red solid-bottom printing whiteboard of about 15 cm x 5 cm , bake in a constant temperature oven at 120 °C for 3~5 minutes, remove the uneven parts on the edge, put it in a 50 °C constant temperature Water Bath, and record the panning of the film. 7 wear resistance
