In the experiment of "Research and Development of Nanocomposite Water-Based Barrier Coatings", the solution intercalation method was used to prepare non-toxic and tasteless nano barrier coatings by using water as the dispersant to mix the coated VAE emulsion and MMT particles through solution intercalation. The nano-barrier coating is coated on the surface of the PET film to prepare the nano-barrier packaging material. Improve the barrier properties of current PET films, including water and oxidation resistance.

Note: In the nano-barrier coating was uniformly coated on a 20 um PET film with a thickness of 0.5 um, and a vacuum adsorption film coating machine was used for preparation.
