GB/T 21894-2008 is applicable to the product quality control of two-component photosensitive emulsion for textile rotary screen printing plate making for textile printing. Today we will introduce the provisions of this standard on photosensitive emulsion for printing and plate making.
1. Non-volatile matter: the sample must be in the range of 25%~32% to be considered up to standard.
2. PH value: The sample must be in the range of 4.0~6.5 to be considered up to standard.
3. Particle size: If the sample needs to be ≤3μm, it is regarded as up to standard.
4. Centrifugal stability: If the height of the sample sediment is ≤1mm, it is regarded as up to standard.
5. Viscosity: Tested at 23°C, if the viscosity of the sample is within the range of 500MPa*s~1000MPa*s, it is considered up to the standard.
6. Exposure energy: The sample must be in the range of 50mj/cm²~100mj/cm² to be considered up to standard.
7. Resolution: If the sample needs to be ≤200μm, it is considered to be up to standard.
8. Chemical immersion resistance of emulsion film:
Soaked in acetone solution, if the sample ≤ 5%, it is considered up to standard.
Soaked in 5% NaOH aqueous solution, if the sample is ≤5%, it is regarded as up to standard.
Soaked in 5% H2SO4 aqueous solution, if the sample is less than or equal to 5%, it is regarded as up to standard.
