Determination of Wear Resistance of Aluminum Alloy Fluorocarbon Paint Spraying Profiles by Shakeout Tester

Abstract: 本文介绍了使用落砂试验仪测定铝合金氟碳漆喷涂型材耐磨性的方法。该方法依据GB178标准,通过导管将规定的标准砂从一定高度自由落下,以冲刷涂层直至基材暴露,从而评估氟碳漆的耐磨性。测试时需避免风干扰,以确保砂的自由落下符合要求。试验步骤应参照GB/T5237.5标准。落砂试验仪由漏斗和导管组成,导管内径为Ф19mm,长度914mm,相关设备的操作说明和参数可在南北潮获取。

The aluminum alloy profile is coated with fluorocarbon paint, and its abrasion resistance test can use the falling sand test method. The principle is also relatively simple. The standard sand stipulated in GB178 is mainly dropped freely from a specified height through a conduit to scour the surface paint film of the tested part until the paint film on the profile is worn until the substrate is exposed. The wear resistance of fluorocarbon paint is evaluated by the standard amount of sand consumed per unit paint film thickness.

A few points to note are that you should pay attention to shelter from the wind during the falling sand test, otherwise the free fall of the standard sand will be impossible to talk about, and the test environment will also be destroyed. The steps of the test can refer to the regulations in GB/T5237.5, so I won’t repeat them here.
