How to install the Rotational Viscometer on the thermostatic tank?

1. First, we take out the lifting rod (short) and install it on the adjustment platform of the constant temperature bath. The lifting frame is fixed on the first steel plate of the platform with nuts. Note that the lifting knob is on the right hand side.

2. Install the main unit of the viscometer on the lifting rod, and adjust the level of the viscometer through the 3 adjusting screws on the platform before measuring.

3. When the external circulation function is not used, directly connect the water inlet and outlet behind the constant temperature tank with a rubber tube.

4. Measurement and connection method

4.1 In common use, you can put the sample into a beaker or a disposable plastic cup, etc., put it into the measuring hole of the constant temperature tank, fix the beaker with 3 bayonets, and then measure while maintaining the temperature.

4.2 If you use the No. 0 rotor, you can directly immerse the measuring cylinder in the Water Tank to keep the temperature constant

4.3 If the size of the sample cup is relatively large, the stainless steel table can be removed, and the height can be controlled with the configured constant temperature bath block.

4.4 If the viscometer is equipped with a small amount of sample adapter, you can use the external circulation function of the constant temperature tank, and use rubber tubes to connect the constant temperature tank and the water inlet and outlet of the measuring cylinder of the small amount of sample adapter to keep the sample temperature constant.
