Lacquer film why wrinkling, how to prevent?

The main cause of wrinkles in the paint film of large lacquers is that the paint coating is too thick. When the paint liquid has good dry operation performance, the surface of the thick coating dries to form a film first, and the inner paint film is isolated from the air, so that the outside is dry and the inside is not dry, or the inner layer dries too slowly, and the inside and outside are not dried at the same time to form a film , wrinkled due to surface tension. In addition, if the previous paint layer is not completely dry, apply the next one, or the construction viscosity is too high and it is difficult to paint, so that the thickness of the coating is uneven, and it is also prone to wrinkling.

The brushing area should not be too wide each time, so as to facilitate even brushing; when operating, it is necessary to follow the operation sequence of circular brushing, horizontal brushing, continuous brushing, oblique brushing, and finally brushing along the wood texture; if the paint liquid dries too quickly, you can add some Non-drying or poor drying paint liquid, in order to adjust the drying speed and facilitate construction; in the absence of non-drying or poor drying paint liquid conditions, the paint liquid can be pretreated before construction, that is, pre-treated at 5o~7o℃. Heat it for about 15 minutes to properly reduce its dryness; if the paint liquid is too thick during construction, you can add a thinner with less than 5% of the paint liquid weight to dilute it so that it can be painted into a thin and uniform coating. These are all measures to avoid wrinkling.
