Precautions

1. First remove the cloth from the insole and do the Martindale abrasion test.

2. The abrasive cloth cannot be reused and needs to be replaced after the test is completed.

3. Wool felt is reusable. But if its surface is worn or soiled, it needs to be replaced or double-sided.

4. The operation needs to be carried out under the guidance of strict standards and under the condition of ensuring the safety of personnel.

5. When making samples, it should be ensured that there is no change in the fur at the cutting edge, so as to avoid unnecessary loss of quality and change in appearance.

Instrument maintenance

1. Turn off the power when the instrument is not working.

2. If it is not used for a long time, please remove the pressure test plate every month, spray anti-rust oil, and add lubricating oil to the gear parts.

3. It is necessary to clean the outside of the instrument regularly, and wipe the measured cylinder shaft before and after the experiment to keep the instrument clean.

4. Check the test equipment regularly to see if there is any abnormal operation. In general, the rubbing head will draw a Lissajous curve trajectory. The deformation of the guide plate, the guide shaft of the friction head and the friction head will all affect the trajectory of the friction motion and cause adverse effects on the test. Therefore, we need to protect the integrity of the accessory.

5. In order to protect the service life of the instrument, users are required to operate the instrument in the correct way, and are not allowed to operate the instrument without authorization. If you cannot find out the cause of the failure of the instrument by yourself, you should contact the manufacturer immediately and carry out maintenance under the guidance of professional engineers.
