Coating scratch test

Abstract: 涂层划痕测试是一种评估表面涂层附着力的技术。该测试通过在涂层表面上施加逐渐增加的动态载荷,同时用硬工具(压头)划过涂层来进行。测试过程中,校准的称重传感器记录施加的力和位移数据,生成力位移曲线并记录结果图像。结合声学测量,测试可以检测涂层在临界力下的剥离或压头对基材的切入情况,从而评估涂层的性能和附着力。

The scratch test is a test method used to characterize the adhesion of surface coatings.

The test consists of drawing a hard tool (indenter) on the surface coating under increasing load while using calibrated load cells to record the applied measurements. At critical force, the coating either delaminates from the substrate or the indenter cuts into the underlying substrate, depending on the coating properties and the indenter used.
