Humidity problems and solutions of temperature and Humidity Chamberes

Temperature and Humidity Chambers are widely used in laboratory research and testing. Tests like the sole hydrolysis test may require the chamber to run continuously for at least 21 days. It is necessary to ensure that the chamber is working properly. Below we've listed two common humidity problems and solutions.

Question 1: The real humidity shows 100%

• Check that the wet bulb probe is hung with gauze.

• This problem can be caused by dry gauze on the wet bulb sensor. Check the Water Tank of the wet bulb sensor for water. The water level in the Water Tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is supplying water normally, and whether the water level controller is working normally.

• It may be that the wet ball gauze has been used for a long time or the purity of the water is unqualified, which will make the gauze harden the gauze, which can not absorb water and dry. The above phenomena can be eliminated by simply replacing or washing the gauze

Question 2: The actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is much lower.

Check whether the humidification system of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber is working.

If not: 1) Check the water supply of the humidification system, whether the water supply system has a certain amount of water; 2) Whether the water level control of the humidification boiler is normal; 3) If all the above are normal, check the electrical control system.
