• If the constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber is operated below 0°C, try to avoid opening the door, because at low temperature, if the door is opened, it will easily cause the internal evaporator and other parts to freeze, especially the lower the temperature, the more serious the situation , if it needs to be opened, the opening time should be shortened as much as possible.

• When the low-temperature operation is completed, be sure to set the temperature condition at 60°C and carry out drying treatment for about half an hour, so as not to affect the measurement time or freezing phenomenon of the next operating condition.

• The radiator (condenser) of the freezer should be maintained regularly and kept clean.

• When the humidifying barrel enters the water pipe, the trapped air needs to be completely discharged to prevent water from entering.

*Special attention: After the machine has finished running at low temperature, if there is no work in the fifth point above, it is also necessary to set the normal temperature condition (30±5°C) so that the temperature in the box is at normal temperature when it is shut down, so as not to affect the temperature in the box. icing and window glass fogging.

• During operation, unless absolutely necessary, please do not open the door, otherwise it may lead to the following adverse consequences: 

- High temperature and humidity rushing out of the box...very dangerous

- The inside of the door is still hot... causing damage

- High temperature air may trigger fire alarm and cause false operation

• Please note that the machine needs to be safely grounded to avoid electrostatic induction

• Avoid turning off and on the freezer within three minutes

• If a heating sample is placed in the box, please use an external power supply for the control of the sample power supply, do not use the local power supply directly

• Circuit breaker, temperature over-temperature protector, provide the test product of this machine to protect the safety of the operator, so please check it regularly

• Correctly install the gauze of the wet bulb to ensure the correct relative humidity
