What is the difference between the two-box thermal shock Test Chamber and the Three-Chamber thermal shock Test Chamber?

1. The difference between the stay stage:

Two-box thermal shock Test Chamber: There is no heat preservation stage, only high-low temperature maintenance, and there is obvious overshoot in the early stage of high-low temperature maintenance.

Three-Chamber cold and heat shock Test Chamber: there is a period of staying at room temperature. Due to the different control principles, the high-low temperature and normal temperature dwell stages are similar to the curves of the sinusoidal function.

2. Function difference:

Two-box thermal shock test box: There are two boxes, one high-temperature box and one low-temperature box, with a hanging basket in the middle. The sample is placed in the hanging basket during the test. The hanging basket refers to the high temperature box during the high temperature test, and the opposite is true for the low temperature test. Because the sample is quickly put into a pre-cooled low-temperature chamber or a pre-heated high-temperature chamber, it becomes 12 embryos. When the temperature drops sharply, the structure is compact and the volume is generally small. At the same time, the conversion time is short. So the product needs to be moved during the test. Available as a thermal shock chamber, a separate high temperature chamber, or a separate low temperature chamber.

Three-Chamber thermal shock test box: There are three boxes, one high-temperature box, one box for placing samples, and one low-temperature box. When testing high temperature, open the high temperature box door and close the low temperature box door.

When testing low temperature, close the high temperature chamber door and open the low temperature chamber door. At room temperature, it is convenient to take and place samples, and the product does not move, reducing the impact of product movement on the product. Some sensitive electrical signal monitoring lines can be connected. In this case, the conversion time is relatively long.

In general, when the high-low temperature conversion time of the two-box thermal shock Test Chamber becomes faster, compared with the three-Cabinet-type, the adaptability of this product to the instantaneous change of the ambient temperature can be tested.
