2. If the environmental testing equipment fails suddenly during operation, the controller will display the failure in time and send out a sound alarm in time. Operators can quickly check which type of fault they belong to in the fault diagnosis chapter, and then ask professionals to quickly troubleshoot the fault to ensure that the test is carried out normally. The climate chamber should also be maintained regularly, the condenser of the refrigeration system should be cleaned regularly, the moving parts should be lubricated according to the instructions, the electrical control system should be regularly maintained and inspected, etc. These tasks are indispensable.
3. If the Climate Chamber does not reach the set value, then you should observe whether the temperature changes slowly, or the temperature tends to rise after reaching a certain value. If it's the former question, here are a few things to check: 1. Was the chamber dry before testing? The chamber should be dry before testing. 2. What if too many samples are placed in the chamber at one time? If so, the wind in the studio cannot be fully circulated. 3. In addition to the above two points, it is also necessary to consider whether the refrigeration system is normal. It is recommended to consult the Test Chamber manufacturer. The latter phenomenon is caused by improper use of equipment. The ambient temperature and location of the equipment (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) need to meet the requirements (specified in the equipment operation manual).
4. The actual room temperature humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity is different from the target humidity, or the value is much lower. The former phenomenon may be caused by the dry gauze on the humidity sensor, please check whether the Water Bath (below the humidity sensor) lacks water. The water level in the Water Bath is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is normal and whether the water level controller is working normally. Another possibility is that the gauze will harden due to a long time of use or the water supply is impure, which can make the gauze unable to absorb moisture and dry out. The above phenomena can be eliminated by replacing or cleaning the gauze. The latter phenomenon is mainly due to the failure of the humidification system.
