How to extend the service life of the aging Test Chamber?

The aging Test Chamber is used to test the quality of products such as electronics, electrical appliances, computers, power supplies, communications, aerospace, vehicles, instruments, metals, building materials, chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and plastic products. The device can simulate high temperature and harsh environment testing.

Users can extend the service life of the aging box through the following three aspects

Precautions before operation

1. Check whether the insulation of the power line is good, and ensure that there is no leakage. Before turning on the power, there must be no contact between the resistance wires of the heater to prevent short circuits.

2. Open the exhaust valve before power on.

3. Use a non-explosion-proof aging box, and it is strictly forbidden to bring volatile substances into the aging box.

4. Observe and adjust the temperature in the box at any time to meet the temperature required by the process.

5. Keep the cavity clean, check and remove the oxide skin next to the resistance wire in the oven.

6. Turn off the power and close the aging box.

Precautions during operation

1. The equipment should be operated by designated personnel, and non-professional maintenance personnel are not allowed to disassemble or adjust the internal electrical parameters of the equipment by themselves.

2. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable and explosive materials in the equipment storage area, and there are effective fire-fighting facilities

3. The equipment should be placed on a flat and firm ground, the placement area should be well ventilated, and a dedicated exhaust channel should be provided

4. The power supply of the equipment and the circuit breaker within 2 meters of the equipment

5. When taking the product out of the equipment, effective protective measures should be taken to prevent burns

6. The high-temperature aging box belongs to the normal temperature and humidity oven: it is strictly forbidden to bake flammable and explosive items

7. Proper ground wire.

8. Operators need to strictly implement the operating procedures, and must not rush to violate the rules.

Points to note during maintenance

1. Keep the machine clean and tidy at all times. If it is not used for a long time, it should be put on a plastic dust cover and placed in a dry room.

2. Regularly check whether the turntable, motor and reducer are normal;

3. Check whether the cooling fan is operating normally, and add lubricating oil;

4. Regularly check whether the circuit breaker, overload and over-temperature protectors are normal.
